This property, like others that are in close proximity of a whisky bond, distillery, maturing warehouse and large bakeries suffers from an infestation commonly known as Whisky Fungus (otherwise known as Baudoinia compniacensis).
Its rapid growth and unsightly appearance is heartbreaking for homeowners that take pride in the appearance of their property.
We at cleanAccess can offer you several solutions. Varying from a standard house wash to the full pemium protection package.

We were once asked about cleaning a conservatory - The client said, "It is a rather big conservatory will you be able to handle it?"
Cheekily, I sent him this photo and asked if the conservatory was as big as this?
He did see the funny side to it.
From a small porch to a large garden centre, size doesn't matter.
Spring is almost upon us so it’s a good time to think about cleaning your conservatory roof. As part of that cleaning process it would beneficial to add a treatment. Not only to remove the build up of moss and algae but use something that will slow down its regrowth.
We are seeing more and more algae and moss build up on properties due to our climate change and especially if you live close to trees.
There are a number of cleaning products designed specifically to clean algae and additionally kill the spores to delay or even prevent it growing back.
This is why we use a specialised Soft Wash Biocide Solution, which not only cleans the conservatory but limits the regrowth. This has to be done on a regular basis. To prevent algae build up, it would be good to clean it once every 6 months, if not, then annually.
Included in our cleaning process is unclogging gutters and removing debris. If left clogged, leaks can occur and cause extensive damage therefore regular maintenance can save you a lot of money in the long run.
We never use a power washer on the conservatory as this can seriously damage the seals, hence the term Soft Washing.
Cleaning your soffits and fascia on a yearly basis will keep them in great condition and keep up the appearance of your property. This can be beneficial if you are selling your property. First impressions count.
Once the deep clean has been done we can return the following year to clean them again but at a fraction of the cost.
This repeat process has a lasting effect on the soffits, keeping them in pristine condition and preventing algae and moss build up.
Keeping your Conservatory, Soffits & Fascias clean has more benefits than appearance alone.
With the clean you keep Moss And Algae at bay, helps protect it from UV damage, keeps the Conservatory seals in good condition and generally keeps the uPVC in good condition.
After your initial deep clean you can have this clean done every year at a fraction of the original cost, save as much as 40%.

We can offer various styles and sizes of wooden screen fencing. For both privacy and security.
Not all fencing has to be about privacy or security. Its nice to come up with a design that can separate the garden, creating zones and still allowing you to see the garden.
Soft Washing is a low pressure cleaning process which uses cleaning solutions specially blended for each individual project. The cleaning solution is applied at low pressure to the most delicate of surfaces therefore not causing damage the way a pressure washer would.
The soft wash process aims not only to clean your surfaces but also to remove contaminants such as algae, moulds, mildew, moss and bacteria that are actually decomposing the surfaces they are growing on. It is the power of chemistry that makes the soft wash process so effective.
We also provide an environmentally safe solution of a PH8 to safely clean while working with the weather, yes it is a good bit slower than the other processes but it is far safer for our employees to work with and for our customers and pets to be around.
Typical uses for soft washing:
The garden Centre suffered badly with green algae all over the cladding
It was then treated with a Soft Wash solution to kill all the spores.
Finally rinsed off then a mild Biocide spray was applied to the then dried building.
Alternatively the building cladding can be simply power washed. If the building has a lot of exposed aluminium then this process is best, as using chemicals can cause a reaction with the metal.
Predominately Garden Centres greenhouses attract a lot of algae and moss infestation.
We can resolve this with a Biocide solution which is agitated with our water fed pole brushes.
A good rinse and everything is all clean and clear again.
